Ideal® Banana Bread

1 c Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
¼ lb butter, softened
2 eggs
1 ½ c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c mashed, very ripe bananas
½ c sour cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ c chopped walnuts or pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Butter and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
3. Cream butter and Ideal® until creamy.
4. Add eggs and beat well.
5. Sift the dry ingredients together. Combine with butter mixture; blend well.
6. Add the bananas, sour cream and vanilla; stir well.
7. Stir in nuts and pour into prepared pan.
8. Bake 1 hour, until cake tester comes out clean.
9. Turn onto rack and cool.
