Ideal® Cinnamon Cookies

Servings: 32 Cookies

1 c Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
½ c butter (softened)
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ½ c all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
3 TBS Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon


  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup Ideal® and butter; beat in egg and vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add to butter mixture; blend well until ball is formed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  5. Shape dough into small balls about 1" in diameter.
  6. Roll balls in cinnamon (2 teaspoon) and Ideal® (3 tablespoons) mix.
  7. Set cookies on lightly greased cookie sheets and press down until ¼" thick.
  8. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Cool slightly on pans, then remove to racks to cool completely.
