Ideal® Cinnamon Crisps

Servings: 16

1 TBS water
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ c Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 flour tortillas (8-10”)


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Combine water and vanilla.
  3. Combine Ideal® and cinnamon.
  4. Lightly coat both sides of tortilla with cooking spray.
  5. Cut tortillas into 8 triangles or desired shape.
  6. Brush each side of tortilla pieces with water/vanilla mixture.
  7. Sprinkle each side with cinnamon and Ideal® mixture.
  8. Place pieces onto wire rack on a pan.
  9. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
baking tip

Cool and serve with whipped cream and/or favorite fruit.  Cinnamon can be added to   whipped cream for added flavor.
