Ideal® Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
½ c fresh berries (can use frozen)
¼ c non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 c orange juice
4 TBS Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener or 4 TBS Ideal® Simple syrup
Popsicle molds and sticks

 

Directions:

  1. To make simple syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup Ideal®.  Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir until all sweetener is dissolved.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth.  Pour into popsicle molds or cups with sticks.

Per serving using 4 TBS sugar: 70 Calories; 1 g Protein; 0 g Total Fat; 16 g Carbohydrates; 1 g Fiber; 14 g Sugar; 10 mg Sodium; 0 mg Cholesterol
