Ideal® Popsicles

Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and hulled (can use any fresh berry or fruit)
1 ½ c water
2 TBS orange juice, fresh
4 TBS Ideal® simple syrup or 4 TBS Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener

 

Directions:

  1. To make simple syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup Ideal®. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir until all sweetener is dissolved.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or cups with sticks.
baking tip

For a fun kids push-up popsicle, fill disposable pastry bags 1/3 way with mixture, fold top of bag over rim of tall glass so filled bag hangs inside glass, freeze and enjoy.
