Ideal® Simple Asian Baked Salmon

Servings: 4

1 lb salmon filet
Cooking spray
1/4 c reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 TBS Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
1 green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced (about 1 tsp)


  1. Place salmon in shallow baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients in small bowl; stir to dissolve Ideal®.  Pour marinade over salmon; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oven to 425°F. Remove cover from pan and bake salmon 15 to 20 minutes, until flesh turn opaque and fish flakes easily.
  4. Serve with rice, if desired.
baking tip

To grill salmon, remove fish from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Place salmon on medium-hot grill and cook 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once.
